By using any of OURFARM’s Services (our Services), or by dealing with a farm using OURFARM’s Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and, as applicable, the OURFARM Terms of Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will give you notice of such changes by posting the revised policy on this Website, and where appropriate, by other means. Upon posting, any updated version(s) of the Privacy Policy on the Website shall supersede all previous versions of the Privacy Policy with automatic effect, without any further action by us. What information do we collect from farmers and why?

We collect our farmer’s name, email, company address and billing address, payment details, company name, and phone number.

The information we gather when you create an OURFARM account allows us to set-up your personal OURFARM site pre-populated with your farm’s location and contact information. We also require this information in the event we need to contact you regarding your use of our services.

We will also use the data you provide to send you a series of onboarding emails as well as occasional emails about product updates.

In addition to the above, our farmers’ information, as well as data from other AirAsia group companies, may be collated by the subsidiaries, affiliates or associates of OURFARM and/or the AirAsia Group of companies and used for purposes of research, analytics, to develop and improve any existing and future products or services offered by AirAsia or our group companies, to explore further potential initiatives, to optimise research, improve our forecasting abilities, and for other business purposes of the AirAsia Group.

When do we collect farmer’s information?

We collect this information when you register to create an OURFARM account.

When and why do we share a farmer’s information with third parties?

OURFARM works with a variety of third parties and service providers to help provide our farmers with our Services and we may share personal information with them to support these efforts.

We may refer potential customers to your OURFARM storefront based on the address information you provided, if and when we receive any inquiries from potential customers that we feel your farm would be a good fit for. We will also use the information to pre-populate your site with your farm’s location and contact information, including a map listing on your pickup location page.

We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

In addition to the above, we may share your personal information with the subsidiaries, affiliates or associates of OURFARM and/or the AirAsia Group of companies, as well as to parties which have business of contractual dealings with the subsidiaries, affiliates or associates of OURFARM and/or the AirAsia Group of companies, for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
